Rotajet Systems Limited manufacture a full range of single and continuous drum, IBC, mixing pan and container washing systems. The machinery can be supplied as non ATEX or ATEX certified.
With over 30 years experience, “Rotajet” continue to lead the way in the design, manufacture and supply of industrial washing equipment throughout the industry. The standard range of machines include small container washers, drum washers, IBC washers and contaminated plastic washers.
In addition to the standard machines we also manufacture bespoke systems for customers that want to incorporate a full reprocessing system including feed conveyors, shredder, washer, dryer, granulation and bagging off.
Batch Washing Machines
Rotajet manufacture a range of batch 200 litre drum washing machines for use with water based detergents. The machines are available with single stage wash or multiply stages to include rinse and DI rinse steam extraction and dry, depending on the application.
Continuous Washing Machines
For large numbers of drums, Rotajet manufacture a series of continuous tunnel type drum washers, these machines can be manufactured with single or multiply stages depending on level of cleanliness required.
Batch Washing Machines
Rotajet manufacture a range of batch IBC washing machines for use with water based detergents. The machines are available with single stage wash or multiply stages to include rinse and DI rinse steam extraction and dry, depending on the application.
Continuous Washing Machines
Rotajet manufacture a series of machines for washing large numbers of IBC`s per day. The modular nature of the machines allows customers to increase capacity by adding further units.
Pan Washers
Rotajet manufacture a range of pan washers used in the surface coatings industries for cleaning mixing vessels. The dirty pans are placed onto the lifting lid, once locked in position; the pan is automatically loaded into the wash chamber using a substantial screw jack system. The cleaning process is fully automatic and the pans are washed, rinsed and dried ready to go back into production.
Small Container Washers
The Rotajet machines can be used for cleaning small mixing containers and machine parts such as valves, pipes mixing heads etc… The machines are available with single stage wash or multiply stages to include rinse and DI rinse steam extraction and dry, depending on the application.
Drum Washers
Rotajet manufacture a range of batch drum washing machines for use with low flash point flammable solvent. The machines are used for cleaning cured paints or solvents. The machines are fully ATEX certified.
IBC / Tote Washers
Rotajet manufacture a range of batch IBC washing machines for use with low flash point flammable solvent. The machine is normally used for cleaning cured paints or solvents. The machines are fully ATEX certified.
Drums and IBC's
For containers that cannot be washed and reused, Rotajet manufacture full recycling linee in which the containers are shredded, washed, rinsed dried and granulated. The granulated plastic can then be sold for reprocessing
